Accounts
Creating an account is optional, but it makes checkout faster and lets you track your orders. Keep your login details to yourself, and let us know right away at info@mujitimessquare.store if you think someone's gotten into your account without permission.
Our Products
We do our best to represent our products accurately through photos and descriptions, but small variations can happen due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences. We may update, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time.
Pricing
Prices are listed in USD and don't include tax or shipping unless stated. If a pricing or listing error slips through, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even if the order was already confirmed and charged.
Placing an Order
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy, which we can accept or decline. We may cancel or refuse orders if we suspect fraud, if there's a pricing error, if an item turns out to be out of stock, or for other reasonable business reasons. If that happens, you'll be notified and fully refunded for anything already charged.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments. Full payment is collected at checkout, and by placing an order you're confirming you're authorized to use that payment method.
Promo Codes
We run promotional codes and discounts from time to time. Unless we say otherwise, codes can't be combined with other offers, can only be used within their stated timeframe, and have no cash value. We can modify, end, or decline any promotion, including canceling orders we believe were placed to abuse a promo code.
Shipping
We aim to get orders out and delivered as quickly as possible, but shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, since carrier delays and other factors can affect delivery. Once your order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to you, though we're always here to help if something goes wrong in transit.

Reviews & Customer Content
If you leave a review, upload a photo, or share other content on our site, you're confirming it's your own and doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights. By submitting it, you're giving Muji Times Square permission to use, display, and share that content across our site and marketing, at no cost to us. We can remove any content that's false, offensive, or doesn't relate to the product being reviewed.
Our Content
Everything on our site, our name, logo, photos, product descriptions, and design, belongs to Muji Times Square or our licensors. Please don't copy, reuse, or repurpose any of it without asking us first.
Using Our Site Responsibly
